ZOI is located on Split’s Riva, on the southern wall of Diocletian’s Palace, near the former emperor’s chambers. The former location of the emperor’s dining room (triclinium) is right next to the ZOI restaurant, which gives this place a special historical energy for enjoying sophisticated meals, wine, philosophical discussions and merriment.

Discover the uniqueness of Dalmatia through the flavors and aromas, from the tops of fresh mountains to rocky shores, from aristocratic tables to humble hearths, through our 7-course “Dalmatia” tasting menu.

The two shorter tasting menus we offer are a 4-course fish or meat menu. We created the “Coast” fish menu respecting the history and flavors of the Dalmatian coast, transforming heritage into a contemporary treat. Every bite is like a wave that carries memories and celebrates the richness of life by the sea.

From the vastness of the Dalmatian hinterland, comes our 4-course meat menu “Zagora”. It revives the feelings in which the freshness of the mountain peaks meets the rich scents of the Mediterranean land. Every bite revives the soul of this region, bringing the wealth of heritage and influences of various cultures that have shaped the gastronomic heritage of this region.
