“Hidden Dalmatia Coffee, wine, and more” is a hospitality venue within the visitor center. The space conceptually offers a culinary experience for all three parts of the day: morning, noon, and evening, featuring a café, wine bar, and restaurant. Visitors can indulge in the delights of Dalmatian eno-gastronomy in a modern and creatively designed setting, inspired by the region’s natural heritage and eno-gastronomic traditions.

In the restaurant, for the first time in Croatia, a unique zone has been created where the main character, Vila Mosor, prepares meals with the help of humorous animations and 3D virtual technology, which are then served. This section showcases the culinary offerings of Hidden Dalmatia through a food experience concept that merges culinary art with multimedia. While waiting for your meal, you can enjoy 3D visualizations of dishes on your plate, fairy tales of “farm to table,” and demonstrations of meal preparation. Once the fairy finishes preparing the meal you’re waiting for, the real dish arrives from the kitchen.
